This page explains, in plain language, how NE Heavens handles the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you contact us through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and trip details such as your route, travel dates and number of passengers. We only collect what's needed to plan and confirm your booking.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, plan your trip, arrange the right vehicle and driver, and keep you updated about your booking. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Sharing your information
We may share necessary trip details with our drivers so they can pick you up and complete your journey. We do not share your information with outside companies for marketing purposes.
Contact form and WhatsApp
Our contact and quick-enquiry forms open a WhatsApp message with the details you've entered, so you can choose to send it to us. We do not store form entries on our servers.
